Captain Dusty Powers
Captain Dusty Powers was born and raised on the waters in and around Pensacola, Florida. He is a 4th generation fisherman of the area. Fishing since he was a shrimp with the likes of: Josh Rozier of White Knuckles Charters, Captain Tim Land with Land and See Charters, his brothers Captain Lance Powers, Captain Buddy Powers and Captain Will Nelson. The Powers family has made fishing a lifestyle and enjoys every second! Captain Dusty also has fished professionally on the IFA Redfish Tour, Oakley Redfish Series and competes in many local and regional fishing tournaments.
Enjoying his favorite pastime, Captain Dusty is the best inshore fishing guide available on the Gulf Coast. He prides himself with being the best at what he does in all aspects of his life, and fishing is absolutely no exception to that rule. Captain Will Nelson
Captain Will Nelson is a Gulf Coast native that was raised on the waters of Pensacola and South Alabama. He truly loves being in the outdoors, especially Fishing and Hunting. Captain Will was mentored by his Grandfather from a very young age. He expanded on the foundation his Grandfather’s lessons and has become an exceptional sportsman.
Captain Will has one goal while on the water and that goal is to ensure everyone’s safety and happiness. Nothing makes Captain Will happier than putting a smile on someone’s face. Even though fishing is never guaranteed, Captain Will can guarantee a great experience!
Captain Dusty is fortunate enough to find a few weekends a year to take time off from fishing to fish himself. These days “off” are spent either scouting the Pensacola area, or some other random coastal town. Some of these Coastal fishing destinations include Orange Beach Alabama, Perdido Key, Gulf Breeze, Destin, Panama City, Port St Joe and Navarre Florida.
Captain Dusty posts his fishing reports on his blog, “The Pensacola Fishing Guide” as well as the stories from the Emerald Coast Redfish Club tournaments, Oakley Redfish Series, IFA Redfish Tour and many local tournament events.
